Event Description:

 Welcome Team Rubicon to Des Moines for a presentation about their organization on Wednesday, February 27 from 5 to 7 pm at the Kirkwood Hotel.  

Team Rubicon (http://teamrubiconusa.org) is a disaster response veterans service organization and a winner of the 2012 Grinnell College Social Justice Prize.  To get a feel for the power of their organization, take a look at the following video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N0lIAtqLhW8.  

Appetizers will be provided and a cash bar available.  Network with founders Jacob Wood and William McNulty, with a program from 5:30 to 6:00 pm.
