DSM Vote: Election Night Party Tuesday, November 6, 5:30 - 11:00 pm Celebrate democracy with YPs from around the city! Join YPC, the Des Moines Social Club, StartupCity Des Moines, and Google for an election night street party inside Proof and outside on 13th Street between Locust and Grand. Free and open to the public, this bipartisan event will feature: • Live election coverage on large screens • Interactive media from Google • Des Moines Social Club trivia rounds at 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30 pm • Awards for the #YPCVote Election Photo Contest Come by when you can, and stay as long as you want! Light appetizers will be provided, and Proof's late-night slider menu (including vegetarian options) also will be available. Show your political pride - grab your drink in a red, blue (or neutral) cup from the cash bar. Bring a heavy dose of civility, and join us to find out who will represent “we the people” in the next term!! |
